BONE DEeP BROTH COOKBOOK

In 2014 I opened the first subscription-based bone broth delivery service in New York City—Bone Deep & Harmony. It started as an adjunct to an acupuncture practice, mostly servicing their patients. Within a year it gained attention and expanded in operation to all of Manhattan and Brooklyn. In 2016, I co-authored the Bone Deep Cookbook, published by Sterling Publishing. It is still available on Amazon.
